Half price short changed

Has anyone else been conned by EEi. Have two numbers , one account get given long term 50% off billIt last two months and then get text saying your SIX MONTH 50% discount has expired  wow bye bye EE

Resolved! Direct debit date

I changed my dd date in error, this is due tomorrow and I would like to revert it back to the 28th of each month please. 

Can’t pay bill

I’m trying to pay my bill from abroad. I can’t use the app as it says it’s in maintenance. I can’t login to my ee online as it says that’s in maintenance. Calling is out of hours and texting doesn’t work. How do I pay my bill?
