Thanks for coming here. 

You can change your address in your My EE account online, if you Select Plans & Subscriptions > Scroll down to Address > Select Change Address.

Have you tried changing your address in the EE App? It's under settings > change billing address.

You can change the address by logging into the EE app, selecting Profile, then Settings and Permissions and Change billing address.
