I would like to cancel the SIM-CARD for the Above-mentioned number.  I am not tied up to any contracts with this SIM-CARD and the only condition to be able to cancel was to have for at least a year wich is alreday the case.

Hi @magdalenapulido

If you have a pay monthly contract you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 and give 30 days notice.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

@magdalenapulido : You must have a contract if you committed for at least a year.

If you are wanting to cease your mobile contract completely you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. Otherwise if you intend to move to another network, either taking your existing no. with you or not, get your PAC or STAC respectively from EE & give it to your new provider. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

Ok 30 days notice but nothing else, I am not sure about the communication with EE now.  It is not the same as talking on the phone seeking clarification and assurance.  You have left me on the clouds and I am not sure about what is happening next.  Is there any way you can call me please. My telephone No is ***********.
Thanks

Magdalena

URGENT: Remove your mobile no. from your post on this public site unless the Mods get to it 1st. You wanna be scammed?

No one will contact you from this user discussion group other than thro' the medium of these forums by posts such as this. Anyway we haven't the faintest idea who you are. You need to phone CS.

@Northerner 's instructions are quite clear. Just follow them. There is no reason to be up in the clouds.
