I have the same issue.  It seems EE are failing to provide a truly accessible service.  Not everyone with a disability/health condition that prevents them from calling EE have a text replay phone.DDA - you are required to make reasonable adjustments ...

What is the normal charge for a late payment of your phone bill? I haven’t got a text and it says additional charges £0.00.

Increasing bill

Hello, I'm a bit confused.  I signed contract for 2 years - sim&phone. Received message that from next month bill will increase.  To be honest, that's not fair.
