i paid my bill last week on the app before receiving an error message about my payment not being taken but my  bank account was charged anyway so i chose to ignore it assuming my bill was paid. my data has just been cut off leaving me wondering why as my money has been taken according to my bank statement

Have you received a text about a balance on your account?

no i am unable to text or call and i didnt get either an email or or text saying payment was made despite being charged

no it was only me as far as im aware. but its been a week now since my payment was taken so im starting to get worried that the money has been lost
