Hi can you help ,IV got charges outside my plan but their is no option to pay them charges on the app from what I can see

Any out of allowance charges will be applied to your next bill. 

Do you pay via Direct Debit?

I do but I pay on app 2
Yeah I pay by direct debit ,but I got a text saying my outbound calls and
text have have being paused because I have gone out my allowance
accidentally ,IV tried to pay online but won't allow it I need my services
back because I can't even ring up my phone is broke atm says will be added
to august bill but I think because I have gone way out of my allowances
they have stop my calls and text , anything you can do here ?
