hi,
I got a new contract in store and was told to contact EE with perk code once phone arrived; I ring 150 and an automated service says hang up we've text you, and when I follow instructions it says error we cannot connect you. I am going round in circles. Can someone please help with adding my perk code?

@sarah040491 : Discount codes may be applied by calling CS within 30 days of purchase if it wasn't at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading. They cannot be applied mid-term.
