Hi,Im due for an upgrade in 2 months but have been offered to upgrade now for free. If I choose to upgrade, would I still have to pay the remaining 2 months from my old contract as well as the new contract or just the new contract?

09015 numbers

I've recently changed to a similar only contract and have noticed on my recent bill that I've been charged nearly 6 quid for a 3 second call to an 09015 number which I never called. How do I raise this issue with ee and has anyone else had this?

Resolved! Returns

I returned my old phone but still getting messages to return the phone. It was delivered to ee on the 4th it's now the 8th I'm getting worried as don't want to be charged as I've sent it back
