Hi, my contract is £67.50 a month but it's saying my next bill will be £108, why is this? I haven't used any extras etc.

I presume "it" refers to your bill breakdown, in which case - have you looked at the bill? That's the best place to find out.

The only obvious thing would be that this is your first bill, in which case it's standard to cover a pro-rata period until your first bill cycle, in addition to the first complete cycle.
