Family Sims

Hi, I currently have 2 SIM cards on my account. My own and my sons. His was at a discounted rate. My wife and daughter both have their own EE accounts, both are more or less at contract end. Does anyone know if I can transfer their numbers to my account and receive a cheaper sim plan under my account than on their own, or do you have to be with a different network. Thanks

There's a standard 30% discount for additional lines taken out from an existing account, but anything on an existing plan would be account-specific via CS.

The significant benefit of multiple lines being under the same billing account, is the ability to share data between all the users.

You can perform a change-of-legal-ownership on any pay-monthly line, whereby the donor account-holder passes responsibility to a new account-holder, who can be an existing user or a new one.

The current owner of the contract wishing to be moved needs to call CS with both of you available on the line to effect a change of ownership. The other person will need to pass a credit check. They will then be paying for that contract. If you can't do it together CS will give the current owner a password for the other to quote when they call.
