I have been waiting for over 30 minutes to speak to a customer service representative. Is this normal? My contract ends at the end of this month and I want to cancel my contract since I am accidently paying for 2

Hi @Rumba2

I waited 20 mins and had to confirm I was the bill payer via text I received when waiting, did you receive that same validation?

Yes you'll need to wait unfortunately.

Thanks
