Hii want to stop receiving all the letters to my address weather it is about EE and iphone bill or any thing else. If it is possible send me emails and sms only. thanks

Free Phone Upgrade

I get a free upgrade every 2 years and have never had to pay for a new handset (just sign up to a new contract) but it looks like that's changed and I now have to pay for the new phone is that right?

I am abroad and my service has cut of because I need to pay my bill I can’t do it on the app is there another way of paying my bill abroad

Resolved! Can I combine 2 accounts

Hello, my mother is payg and I am pay monthly but with no contract, these accounts were registered separately. I now want to put my mother's account under mine so I pay for her bill as well as mind.  Can this be done?Please advise Thanks, Rose
