I am trying to download my bill but your site will not allow me to go to that page. It just buffers for a couple of seconds and returns me to the tab. I have cleared my cache as I thought that might help but it hasn't made a difference. I need to download my bill each month.

Have you been able to speak with our customer care team regarding this?
If not, I would recommend giving us a call. The team will be able to look into this further and raise a ticket to technical care if needs be.

I have had same problem I have phoned written, four months still not seen a bill for our mobile, every month different amount taken from our bank, getting nowhere, it's like they say it's tech team we will get this sorted still nothing

I know you'll all be keen to manage your services online and be able to check your bills monthly.
Have you tried viewing the bill through your main online account and also the EE app?
If so, does the same thing happen?
Are you able to see your other services OK when you're logged in, is it only the billing side of things that seems to be missing?

I have the same problem and cannot get invoices for company accounts!! So annoying!

I have tried main online account - I get is the contents first photo, and when I press on 'view my bill' all I et is the 2nd photo ie. the original portal. So frustrating and not fit for purpose!

We have the same issue with our business account set up for direct debit. We are unable to view our billing statements, and have tried every suggestion above with no avail. Any help would be appreciated
