HELP!!!!!!!!

Account has been closed for no reason, and because I no longer have service I can't ring 150 off my handset! Someone please help! I've been with EE for at least 10 years!  

SIM Only Contract

Hi thereI currently have a SIM Only phone which is on my Daughter's account with yourselves, has she recently cancelled this as my phone is stating no service, I have removed the SIM and cleaned it but, it's still not working... Please advise?
