Payment

I just paid my occurring balance with Apple Pay and I didn't receive any email that I have paid. My data is also not working at the moment but the money from my bank has been taken off. What should I do?

Resolved! Money out account

My bill was overdue. I paid it went off EE app to confirm on banking app went back onto EE and it had disappeared. Money has come out my account but it still says bill unpaid on EE app

So i’m thinking of doing an early upgrade, i know you need to pay a fee for early upgrade, but i’m wondering after that do i need to still do the upfront cost?
