Hi Chris, that allows you to change your DD linked to a bank, how about Credit Card details for monthly recurring payments?

Sorry, we no longer offer continuous credit card payments as a payment option for pay monthly accounts.

Is it a mobile or broadband bill that you're looking to pay here, and which option is it you're selecting within the bills and payments section?
As @James_B previously mentioned, we don't offer recurring card payments as an option now, so was it your direct debit you were looking to update?

Thanks @WIRECHICK, like I mentioned it's possible to update your bank account details for direct debits, but we no longer do recurring card payments.
You should be able to pay with any card if you're making a one-off payment, but direct debits are usually the best method to ensure your bills are always paid on time.
