changing credit card used to pu credit onto phone

Presently getting error message saying card number not acceptable . but no instructions as to how to register new one on the system Does anyone know?

Text STOP PLAN to 150 & it'll stop buying the pack & stop the auto direct card payment. When you next buy your pack you'll have the option to pay for it by PAYG credit or start another direct card payment.
