Mobile credit running out when not been used

I have a mobile kept at home for emergencies, on a pay as you go scheme. The credit should roll over as long as I am £10 in credit, but it keeps running out even though it's not been used. It's not connected to the internet so not using mobile data.

The System is Busy- Error
