Hey Everyone,
I tried to change my Direct Debit date last week, but i got a prompt that said i could not change my direct debit date while EE was waiting for payment for last month.
I signed in today to change my direct debit date and it says ive already changed it even though the date is still the same?
How can i resolve this?

I would suggest yo9u ring EE and speak to them, we have no access to accounts.
