PayG to pay monthly - account closed on my ee app

Hi, I recently switched from Pay G to Pay monthly, previously my ee aap was showing all my payg information, since shifting to pay monthly, no billing info available on my ee aap.
The in store person were not a big help, called 150 and they said they will merge my old payg (closed) account with new pay monthly and my ee aap will be updated, but no luck since, have called them twice for same issue, but issue still there, my ee aap is linked with my number and email.
Same number (just switched to pay monthly from payg)

My ee aap says account closed

any help would be appreciated

You need to call CS to delete your old PAYG MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new contract MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
