I have had exactly the same experience. £33.68  of extra charges to calls to 00160 483 10514.5 calls each lasting less than 2 minutes. None of these calls appear in my call log and the phone was with me at the times of the calls so nobody else could ...

Bills not showing when I log in to my account

When I log in to my online account and click on billing, all I see are the menu's at the bottom and a blank white screen, no billing info whatsoever. I do this every month so to access my bill, which I pass to my accountant. Has something changed?

Resolved! Paying bill

I’m abroad and my EE account has been closed. I still need to make payments for my bill. I can’t send text or make calls. Need to speak or chat with agent.
