Hi it’s Beth I currently have a WiFi broadband with you and I’ve noticed that you’ve tired taking the payment out today, I’ve tried to ring 3 times but no answer i don’t get paid till next Friday so could you take it out next Friday and also could I request what days to take to payment out please? Thank you

I am sorry we have no account access to help you with the payment and change the payment date, if you can try calling us again on 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone and the team will be happy to help.

The Community Support Team are unable to access your EE account and help you change the payment date and help with the direct debit that has been attempted today. 

You would need to speak to one of our billing guides by giving us a call, they have account access and can help you get this sorted 🙂
