Hi it’s Beth I currently have a WiFi broadband with you and I’ve noticed that you’ve tired taking the payment out today, I’ve tried to ring 3 times but no answer i don’t get paid till next Friday so could you take it out next Friday and also could I request what days to take to payment out please? Thank you

The number you gave me I tried ringing it before and it said please enter the number you are trying to reach

If you call the number and select option 2, then option 1, option 2 and then option 1 and follow the options for your account type and this will direct you to a guide when they are available.
