£2.06 extra charge on each account/number

I have £2.06 of extra charges for each of the lines I have.  Clicked on the info bit to see what they are for but it just says charges outside your plan.  I have no idea what these are for can anyone help?

Have all these lines been roaming in EU on the days in question? If so, you are charged £2.47 (= £2.06 + VAT) on each day you use any of your UK allowances there.
