Hi
How to Cancel Broadband? When I work my way through the key pad options top cancel, I get right o the end to a message which states something like 'we regret this service is temporarily unavailable?'
I've looked at multiple options and tried multiple numbers and I just hit brick walls with the inability to speak to someone. I attempted this before Xmas and again today and I am taking unnecessary and unfair costs as a consequence.

To cancel your EE BB & Home Phone either:
Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig.

Hi. Thanks for the response. I've followed your instructions but again, I get the message which says 'we regret this service is temporarily unavailable'
