Unlimited contract

Morning everyone can someone just explain to me please last week i had a unlimited contract with EE they supposed to be charging me 13 pounds but from the first week they took 59 pounds on my bank account  ???

Resolved! Two accounts, two bils, one user

EE is a very creative company. I moved to EE from BT. Suddenly, one BT account turned into two EE accounts and two bills to pay. This is a very creative way to get money from people. I wonder if EE has ever made two, three or more accounts for anyone...

Payment update

Good morning, I’ve been trying to update payment details and pay for monthly billing for the last three days and it won’t go past the 2nd part of payment and no authorisation is sent to my bank as it has in the past. Any help greatly appreciated
