Wrong Sim Deal

I have transferred a number to EE and it’s has been with EE less than 48hours, I went in store to do this. So I took out a £20 ultimate data sim deal but after realised it’s not a Business Sim so I lose some benefits of it being a not being a business sim. Can I change this?

The policy is no change of mind on store sales unfortunately, but if you speak to the store they may be able to do something for you with it being a business line you wish to take.

It will likely not be at the same price, just so you're aware.

No, there is no statutory "change of mind" cooling-off period when buying from a store.
