Can I cancel and go back to BT, didn’t realise the price of EEs roaming charges!!

I'm sorry to hear that you want to move back to BT because of our roaming charges.

If you took out your contract over the phone or on our website, you have 14 days to cancel your order.

You can find more information about our 14 day cooling off policy on our website.

Which countries are you going to travel to?
