Hi I’m on my husband contract and have a 24 month perk discount, but it’s only been 19 months and they say it’s expired and my text I got say can redo when I upgrade, 24 months hasn’t finished why have they took it off when it not been full length of time, I’m not upgrading so how to I redo it x thankyou

@Debz19701 You’ll need to question this with customer support, there’s no account access from here to see why that’s happen. Customer support will only speak with the account holder.
