I am owed £41.00

I left EE on 17th February and I am owed £41.00 I telephoned last week and told this would be put into my Account on 24th February but its still not there.. When will this go back into my bank?

additional lines

Never had such a poor experience,  tried adding 4 additional lines to my account on-line on the 13th of Feb.Had phone ee after receiving an email saying I need to speak to them. Advisor had to redo all my requests over the phone. Few days went passed...

Hi. My contract ended in 2023 but still got same phone and tariff. How do I go about an upgrade and new contract please?

My data deal ends on 25th April, can I just leave it running at the same price after that date  or do I have to choose a new deal? Thanks in advance.

Billing and 5G

So two things for this.First thing, how do I change my billing date? Secondly, is anyone else experiencing issues with there 5 g?  Since a new tower has been put in a few hundred yards up the road, I've had no service.
