Hi All
I am trying to find out how to follow up a complaint made directly to the email address of the chief executive as per what can be found online as I have heard not even an acceptance of the complaint and now have a SECOND complaint to make, and not having received a response to the first one, have no faith in sending an email again to the same address...just wondered if anyone has a different contact address for complaints?

Sending an email to a CEO, even if the addy was real & was received, isn't a proper complaint.
You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form at the foot of the page.
