Subject: Assistance Required for Electronic Voucher Top-Up
Dear EE, Support Team.
I am currently abroad and unable to top up my account using an electronic voucher. Unfortunately, I cannot send SMS messages, make calls, or reach any advisors for assistance. Additionally, the application is not working.
Could you please advise me on alternative ways to contact a company advisor or complete the top-up process remotely?

Could I also check, did you use the SIM card to make a call or send a text on the EE network before travelling?
