I have just written a 2 page back to back regarding the issues on my concerns, regarding the EE app, to which I've not had it functioning for over five months and always promised by an advisor, that they will contact me by email. To which they do not. I'm also going to bring up the issue's regarding the advisors too.
My EE app has not been functioning now for over 5 months, going on on 6 months. I put my details in and then my password and it takes me right back to the beginning again. Now, this is happening every single day.
So, I contact EE advisors on the phone and even time I say or mention the app I get the exact same response " the tech tech team will email you, and you will get this managed and dealt with appropriately "
Five months on and I'm still waiting for them to email me, because bu the sounds of things, there is no such thing, otherwise, I would had at least one email.
Now, the other concern I have is the staff. The staff giggle and carry on during your phone call. It's so immature and demonstrates that there is no professionalism within EE, or just the call handlers. I get swapped from pillar to post and it's all a big joke to one's staff.
The technical team have demonstrated that they are unreliable and they have seriously poor communication skills.
The whole lay out between the application, technical team and the advisors ALLneed to to go on a training course. Don't let your job , just become a job, it would be nice to see a little more professionalism and staff knowledgeable with their position within the work plaice.
I've never been past to pillar and to post as much as I have with EE.They seriously need to get a grip.
