Hi
My email address has been cancelled due to a change in my job, and now I cant log into my account as it asks for the pin which has been sent to my old email address, how can I get this changed when I cant access it any more, really need some help as I cant access my email account to therefore access my EE account. Thanks

@Wardsservices : Why's it asking for a PIN? Have you not logged into it recently with your old email addy?

No I havent logged in and then I changed my job and my email account has now been cancelled so cant access it at all now 😞

All you can do is see if CS can change it for you.

@Wardsservices I’m sorry but are you saying you used a work email address for a personal account? If you are, why ?
