I have placed two orders today. The first order was cancelled via text, no explanation. I have had 10 phone calls today, all unhelpful, telling me to go into store to change my details. I went to the store, and was told that they couldn't help, and that I had to ring the helpline again. I have spoken to 12 different people over the course of two hours, no one has an answer for me as to how to get my order reinstated - This is absolutely insane. Please contact me regarding this. It is a mobile phone, it is not difficult.

@JGMMONEY This isn’t customer support it’s a public forum so no one will contact you about this order as there is no access to accounts and no one here knows anything about this order. You can to call customer support.
The order simply could have been cancelled because you failed the credit check ( that’s a guess )
