Clicking 'View Upgrades' in My Account leads to a 404 Error

My contract expired at the end of October last year (only just realised, my bad). When clicking on 'View Upgrades' in the upgrade section of my account redirects me to the shop, but only gives a 404 Page Not Found error.

Makes upgrading rather inconvenient as I rarely have the time during the phone operating hours to spend however long on hold...plus over the phone makes comparisons etc. much more difficult. Any help or suggestions gratefully received.

Have you been able to log in via My EE online and try the upgrade route this way?

I've got the same problem, tried different browsers & through my ee on computer and iOS

Just searching the internet this problem seems to have happened to a lot of people over the years & doesn't seemed to have been sorted out. why cant a large company like EE sort it out

Having exactly the same issue. Any links to upgrades or phone plans in general from either the main website or MyEE app just hit 404 repeatedly. Very frustrating.

Can you try using another browser?

If you still have the same issue I'd recommend calling Customer Care.

Tried on different devices & browsers just to prove the point but no - just keep hitting 404 errors, which points to a problem with the website rather than the client browser.
