What is going on, yet another upgrade, how long does it take? Why did we move to EE? The red flag started when we switched. Took weeks to sort out access to our account to connect and use the parental controls etc., as assured by the sales department was superior and reliable. We were definitely duped, why is it so hot and miss upgrades being just one of many problems of using the app. Why o why is it that EE never respond to customers who take the time to ask a reasonable enquiry regarding yet another lengthy downtime with the App. FAQs is what it says on the tin! Frequently asked questions but in EE case do not get any answers. How long this time? Don’t get me started on the Chat, AI, Bot.
Come on EE, spend less time trying to generate sales and concentrate more on getting the technology running and looking after your customer base.

@margaretbates55 Concentrate on getting technology running ! . Why do you think EE take accounts offline late at night when it’s not affect your the vast majority of customers and they are doing exactly what you say they should be doing and your complaining about it.
