I need to change my address please so payment this month goes through.
How do I do this please?
Also, I’m aware you were doing a discount for emergency workers or blue light holders, can you tell me if this is still the case please.

You should be able to change your address either by logging in online or My EE App or by calling customer service.
As to your second question, as far as I am aware, this is still available.

@Lindsay2023 Any discount that you can have has to be applied at the time of taking out the contract or within 30 days of starting that contract and for that you need to call customer service to have it applied.
