Dear EE Community and HR Department,
I am appalled by the way EE has mishandled my account and the complete lack of accountability displayed over the past three months.
Fraudulent Billing: EE is attempting to charge me £240 for a phone I never received. This is outright unacceptable. To make matters worse, my order was canceled without my permission, and I was never notified.
Incompetent Support: Despite visiting the Stratford Westfield branch TEN TIMES, no one has resolved my issue. Staff, including managers, have wasted my time repeatedly, claiming they escalated my case to the head office. Yet, nothing has been done. This level of negligence is disgraceful.
Breach of Contract: I have been without internet for TWO MONTHS, despite being under contract for almost a year. This is a clear failure on EE's part to provide the services I am paying for.
Your lack of action and disregard for customers is unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution to these issues:
Failure to address this matter promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate the issue further, including filing complaints with consumer protection agencies and seeking legal advice if necessary.
This is your final opportunity to make things right. I expect a resolution within 7 days, or I will take further action.
STOP SCAMMING YOUR CUSTOMERS

Why are you trying to address the HR Dept.? That's the Personnel dept. for employees of EE. You're not! You're just a cust.
Nor is this the platform for serving notice upon EE of pending legal action.
