App crashes at login

what has happened to the app? for months now i have not been able to login. i do the required verification steps and then it just goes right back to the 'log in to ee' start point!

If your device via Android try clearing the cache/data under the app settings.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Just to add to @Northerner's brilliant advice.

Could you try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app to see if that helps please?
