Subject: Urgent: Order Status Update Required or Refund Request

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to draw your attention to my recent phone order. I have not yet received any update regarding its status.

If you are unable to deliver the phone within the promised timeframe, I kindly request that you refrain from accepting orders that you cannot fulfil. My payment has already been processed, and it is concerning that there has been no communication regarding the delivery.

This situation is unfair and disappointing. I request that you either dispatch my phone as soon as possible or process a full refund of the amount paid without further delay.

As @Northerner said, we don't have account access here in the community, so I can't check your order. I can check our stock levels for you though. If you let me know the colour and memory size you chose, I can let you know the estimated delivery timescales.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@khalidsaifullah  this isn’t customer support it’s a public forum and your posting your private information on the internet for everyone to see.   

 You have to call customer support as originally told in the first reply to your first post.  

and as you can see it clearly states usually dispatched within 7days for that model spec
