new router / booster smart wifi link unit

Installed new router as instructed upstairs where old one was located , had wifi smart link down stairs now it wont work just keep flashing orange how do i pair it with my new router ?

@Ljh_3651 : What do you mean by "WiFi smart link"? Is an EE WiFi extender? What's its name & model no. (read label or post a pix)?
