As I said it'll be in your welcome email (Subject: Your order's now complete). It'll be 'GB' followed by 8 digits.

Welcome to the EE Community
If it is a broadband account you are looking to link up then the account number should be included in your initial welcome e-mail. If it is a mobile plan you should be able to link it via the mobile number.
If you are unsure you can give one of our guides a call who can help link the account up for you.

I have ee mobile and ordered broadband but it keeps asking for billing account number which i can't find on any email

Sorry, originally you said were trying to link something but now you say you are trying to order BB. You can't link your BB until your order is complete at which time you will be told your a/c no. in your Welcome to BB email.

Sorry for confusion but I have ee mobile I have ordered ee broadband and I'm now trying to link them together but I cant find my billing account number I thought it would just be my account number but it isn't
