Smart Hub and EE Phone App

Without question the worst things since a caveman invented the square wheel.  The hub constantly cuts out meaning that trying to link my printer (essential for work) and a booster to is is virtually impossible. The EE phone app will not let me login, just keeps sending me back to login again.

I would add that my PlusNet router (before the takeover last week) worked perfectly - never had an issue.  I have cheese in the fridge that's more powerful that the EE Smart Hub.

I'm now looking for a new Broadband provider.

For connecting the printer & booster: Sometimes older or weaker devices may not be compatible with the default WiFi settings of EE Smart Hubs. Try setting up Compatible WiFi on the router under Advanced > Wireless Settings > Config > Compatible WiFi (it defaults to 2.4 GHz only & WPA2) & connect your problematic 2.4 GHz devices to that.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

@harv14 Why don't you ask EE to send you a BT Smart Hub2, it's very much like your PN2 version but with a working DV ATA port on it. The EE versions linked below and the EE version SH20A is there akin to the BT version.
