So, my broadband went down over 20 minutes ago (22:55 according to router logs), I have tried to contact EE but all the contacts I found were already closed for the day.Is there any other contacts besides the 150 and texting 60071?

Resolved! Brand new to EE, happily leaving BT;

BT have sent me a list of all the things I will loose by leaving them. This includes loosing cloud storage. Can  anyone help me with what I should do? I am really keen to move away from BT but worried I might loose documents a photos stored in cloud....
