Resolved! Late payment

My direct debit didnt go out the other day. I have made the outstanding payment in full today just wondering how long it will take till the broadband is turned back on again as it was stopped. Thanks

Our telephone usages has changed

Our landline telephone usage has changed. I would like to reduce the tariff that we are on fruom unlimited to some thing smaller or if possible cancel the telephone contract component all together (kepp the broadband of course).
