EE Smart Hubs

I have just joined EE from BT (had to as contract expired)

I have received a EE Smart Hub (2023) (SH20A)

I was expecting the EE Smart Hub Pro (SH31B)

I had BT SMart HUB 2 on BT contract plus 3 mini discs due to size of property and thick walls etc

I was expecting EE to send me 3 Smart extenders to replace these but not received any

most of my devices use Wi-Fi 6 thus the need for the EE Smart Hub and extender discs

I pay £5 for the Smart Wi-Fi add on

I cannot use the EE app to configure any of my device as the EE Smart Hub i have been sent is not compatable with the EE app

how can i get the equipment i have signed up for?

@PeeJay60 Did you have BT transfer and set it all up for EE, or did you do it yourself? What is the smart wireless that you have from BT, is it the BT Complete disk's, the Router you have been sent is equivalent to the BT one, and MyBT app would be your control to it. But you are correct it is only wi-fi 5 system.

The EE SH Pro is no good for you. It has no modem which you would need for FTTC. However the SH31B is not the SH Pro; it's the SH Plus which would do for FTTC.

You can but ask CS but I my impression is that those being moved from BT get what EE kit they are given.
