Broadband drops out

300mbps gone down

Read more  Anyone have an idea why my broadband is now at a level of approximate 110 Mbps when I first had it, it was near 300mbpsWill EE help with this as nothing has changed regarding devices, location of router etc etc Thanks

Orange light constantly on mini box

We have broadband and modem is upstairs.  In living room we have small square white booster i assume . Over the last 5 or 6 days the light constantly stays orange.  Whereas it should be a blue colour.  What can I do to sort this ?
