Hi all, A similar question. I've been booted off Plusnet have to use EE for now. Wireless HP printer now does not respond (it says printer is offline) and sound on Bluesky videos does not function. I've checked whether the hub is on IPv6, but it is IPv4 (so switching won't help). Any sleuths with solutions?

Update. It looks as if it is IPv6 address allocation. Under allocation mode there are two options- stateless and off. Will OFF work? It also says all the IP addresses associated with the hub will need to be changed if you choose OFF. Which sounds horrendous.

@IssuesWithEE - you'll be fine. I'd suggest rebooting the hub and any affected devices after you've saved the change though to 'flush' any old IP assignements.
You seem to be talking about something else though? The original complaint was about iPlayer and you're reporting problems with Bluesky and Printer connectivity 🤔

@IssuesWithEE Let the Forum know how it all goes when you switch off all the iPv6 Addressing via the Hub, if both your devices start to work?

I should say to the mod that the sound on Bluesky videos isn't working, not Woking. Which would be beyond EE

Thanks for this. Yes, hence 'similar'- a change over resulting in zero functionality of things that previously worked.

Will do. Just to triple check, changing the "allocation" to OFF (rather than stateless) should resolve the issue?

@IssuesWithEE Do not expect so, all it will do is remove the iPv6 addresses for anything that is currently using them.
