Resolved! Not recognising account number

Trying to link broadband and mobile, and when asking for account number, asks me to put in a valid one as it doesn't recognise it. I can't see any other account number. Should my mobile account number and broadband account number be the same?

Do i need an engineer to fit the hub??

My new hub arrived. Ive switched from virgin media.It seems so silly that i have to wait for an engineer to fit it. Is there something "special" they need to do... is it not just a case of switching the hubs over? I can do that myself
